Good place, great area

Pros

This building is in a great location. Steps away from Central Park. The building itself it quiet and clean. The super is very responsive, nice, and helpful. Laundry in building is nice.

Cons

Took a long time for the heat to turn on in the winter. We were absolutely freezing for a long time. I wish there was more sunlight in the apartment.

- great location - amazing live-in super - central heating unit - individual A/C control

Cons

- walls are incredibly thin, I feel like I live in a college dorm - cannot control heat, can either by extremely hot or cold during the winter - appliances are a bit older
