    Cute building…
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great neighbors. Everyone is pretty friendly and respectful of privacy.
    Cons:
    You hear every step in the apartment above. Getting regular maintenance work done is difficult.
    Advice to owner:
    Please do better on maintenance.
