    Pretty good spot

    Pros:
    Apartments are spacious, extremely close to the park and subway, 2 min walk to restaurants, etc.
    Cons:
    The super manages a lot of buildings and, while responsive over the phone, action can take a while (and often without warning when it does).

    Laundry machine often broke but management would fix it promptly
