    Pros:
    Generally quiet, landlord was not bothering me
    Cons:
    cockroaches. no matter how clean I was or what pest control I tried, didn't matter.

    Had to ask for my deposit back for over a month and several times.
    Advice to owner:
    Give back deposit on time and treat for cockroaches more frequently.

    Pros:
    Great location and really affordable rent for the area. Quiet, nice neighbors.
    Cons:
    Owner was pretty hands off and unresponsive. No super in the building, so emergencies like leaks or monoxide alarms drag on.
    Advice to owner:
    More responsive super/service to help with emergencies
