Anh test: Great Location with a Classic NYC Vibe

This building is in an awesome spot—right by Central Park and tons of cool restaurants and shops.
The apartments have that old-school NYC charm with high ceilings and hardwood floors.
Public transportation is super convenient, making it easy to get around the city.

The building is older, so there might be occasional maintenance issues like creaky floors or drafty windows.
There’s no elevator, so be ready for some stair climbing if you’re on a higher floor. Also, the units are on the smaller side, but that’s pretty typical for the area.

Good building tons of pests

Pros:
Laundry in building, great location
Cons:
Roaches and mice in my apartment. I had to pay for monthly pest control myself and even then the roach and mice situation was out of control inside my apartment. I couldn’t even keep food inside the fridge
