This building is in an awesome spot—right by Central Park and tons of cool restaurants and shops. The apartments have that old-school NYC charm with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Public transportation is super convenient, making it easy to get around the city.
Cons:
The building is older, so there might be occasional maintenance issues like creaky floors or drafty windows. There’s no elevator, so be ready for some stair climbing if you’re on a higher floor. Also, the units are on the smaller side, but that’s pretty typical for the area.

Pros:
Laundry in building, great location
Cons:
Roaches and mice in my apartment. I had to pay for monthly pest control myself and even then the roach and mice situation was out of control inside my apartment. I couldn’t even keep food inside the fridge
