Low light, thin walls with neighbors, mice, and takes a couple calls to get a hold of someone in management

Cons:
The Brusco management company is very unresponsive. I had pest issues a few years ago because they were allowing the coffee shop from across the street to store their garbage in the basement. I called numerous times about the parts coming into my apartment. They were only responsive after I called 311 and filed a formal complaint.
