    Great neighborhood, terrible building.

    Pros:
    Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby. Building is on a quiet street, despite having a bus thoroughfare.
    Cons:
    Landlord never answers, management company never picks up the phone. Place covered in roaches after a storm because basement floods. They don’t even bother bringing in a real exterminator. Neighbors even told me to watch out.
    Advice to owner:
    Actually take care of your tenants.

    Small, unreliable shower water pressure and temperature, outdated kitchen and bathroom fixtures, terrible owners
    Advice to owner:
    Be more professional and responsive.
