    Quiet, a bit of street noise

    Pros:
    I lived here until 2015.

    - Great to have storage space above the bedroom closet and above the bathroom.
    - Pretty clean and kept in decent shape.
    - Super was responsive.
    - Great having in-building laundry.
    Cons:
    The owner sold to new owners right before I left, and they were difficult to get a hold of. I don’t know if it’s changed since then.

    Great residents live there
    Cons:
    Superintedent wasn’t very responsive when it came to fixing things. Landlords also not very responsive when things break.
