Negligent Landlord trying to take advantage of tenants

Super is nice
Cons:
Our heat was broken all winter - we called the super, the property managers and 311 - it was never fixed Landlords are awful and misleading When we moved in we found a massive leak and mold that the landlords knew about but didn't tell us prior. The leak prevented use of one bedroom 2 weeks - the compensation offered was pathetic.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect not deception
