    One word: Cockroaches
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good apartment space.
    Cons:
    Huge roach infestation and mice infestation. Building not clean and management horrible at responding and doesn’t care about tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    Get the roaches out!
