    Not the best, not the worst

    Pros:
    The area is great. Always something to do. Close to the train & laundry
    Cons:
    Management is hard to reach & rude. My apartment had mice. A lot of issues with mail never making it through the door, yet the door lock doesn't work.
    Advice to owner:
    The building needs a lot of renovations
