    Location, roof deck, children's playroom, tenant lounge, fitness center
    Cons:
    Replace hallway carpet and lighting

    Pros:
    The staff are amazing and the building is full of great people. We’ve made so many friends and there are so many kids for my son to play with in the playroom. The rooftop lounge is beautiful with the best sunset views over the river.
    Cons:
    Not much to add here, we loved living here.
    Advice to owner:
    Make sure to acknowledge how great the staff is.
