    Amazing management - the best I’ve ever seen in NYC
    Cons:
    Heating not great across the unit, cold in the winter

    Cons:
    No laundry in our unit and uneven stairs
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe touch up the paint in hallways and clean a little more often
