Good building but aggressive rent increase

Pros:
Hubb NYC recently took over this building and they’ve done a good job standardizing things
Cons:
With a recent purchase and investment in a courtyard for the building, it’s clear ownership is searching for a return on capital. Our rent was increased by 30% YoY which is why we are leaving. Many other options with doormen at this price point
