A good starter place, don’t recommend for long term

Pros:
Updated appliances and fixtures, exposed brick (on top floor) and roof access. High ceilings, cozy during fall months. Huge shower.
Cons:
Horrible radiators, noisy and so hot. Poor pest control, no natural light, narrow living space.
Advice to owner:
Lower the price for what these units offer

Decent building for the price

Decent area, good super
Cons:
Door is always broken and unlocked, bed bugs, roof door is always open and birds get in the building, rats & roaches all in trash area
Advice to owner:
Notify residents via email/call/text of building issues. I.e. hot water being out, near by construction, when someone is coming to the apt
