    Pros:
    I like the location, fast responsiveness of staff
    Cons:
    Maintenance work has been rough, rarely has anything been done very well in the apartment, bad paint job, etc
    Advice to owner:
    Hire professionals to do maintenance work in building, get better windows that can block sound
