    Pros:
    The best part of this building is the super, Javier. He felt like family.

    The building is beautiful and quiet, and you can’t beat the location. A true gem.

    I would have lived here forever if they allowed dogs.
    Cons:
    Nothing, I so miss this building!

    Pros:
    Decent building, quiet, really good super and the owner takes decent care of the building.
    Cons:
    Hot water is weak and heat is weird sometimes (can be too hot or too cold in days). Spectrum Internet sucks.
    Advice to owner:
    Stronger hot water & alternatives to Spectrum.
