    Pros:
    Rare elevator brownstone, Clean halls, trash area, steps. No pests.
    Cons:
    No laundry, dated kitchens & baths, New shelter for those experiencing homelessness opened one block away (was a former hotel)
    Advice to owner:
    Hang in there during this tough rental season. Minimal investments in kitchen cabinets & stainless appliances could pay off
