Nice Building Bad Block

Pros:
Family friendly neighbors
Everyone in the building is friendly and nice to each other for the most part
The man in charge of cleaning the building is incredibly reliable, cleans the stairwells and elevator daily and takes care of the trash multiple times a day.
Cons:
Super is impossible to get in touch with. You have to remind him multiple times to come and then he comes at off hours or complains of the inconvenience.
Advice to owner:
Have a more responsive super to actually require him to tackle issues asap.

Pros:
updated, clean entrance and lobby, updated apartment with nice flooring and canned lighting.
Cons:
Noise from the back of the building happens frequently at all hours of the day and night, especially in the summer. Super is not very responsive to any issues we have brought up to him
Advice to owner:
get a better super
