Management takes pride in the building

Pros:
Super is very nice and helpful. Ahmed the property manager is responsive. The owner of the management company has his own daughter and nephew living in the building which shows how much pride they take in the building.
Cons:
Building is old which is typical of the area.

They have laundry in the building, working elevator, super is pretty responsive
Cons:
One of the 2 laundry machines is often broken and takes weeks to months to repair
