    A well-maintained building below market-rate for the neighborhood

    Next to major street

    Nice place, nothing special

    Pros:
    Relatively quiet but thin walls/ceilings. Nice super, great location.
    Cons:
    Occasional pest control issues, and windows are not well-sealed so cold/hot air and noise filter in easily. Kitchen is almost non-functional due to lack of counter space and old appliances.
    Advice to owner:
    Update kitchen!!!
