    Convenient location, older building, less responsive management

    Pros:
    - Convenient to many train lines and landmarks
    - Elevators that open into all units, if that's your thing
    Cons:
    - Older building means things frequently break. Your experience will depend on how quickly your owner responds to things breaking. Building management is remote and can be unresponsive
    - During the week, the neighborhood gets crowded with office workers and tourists
