    Great landlord and location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    As long as you follow the rules within the lease, the landlord is very nice and will work with you on any issues.

    Street is super secured due to its location.

    Exterminator comes every month, so never has pest problems.
    Cons:
    Trash trucks are extremely loud throughout the night.
