Very quiet - you typically cannot hear your neighbors.

Cons

Management isn't perfect, but still on top of it.

Fantastic neighbors, great location. Spacious apts

Pros

Nice friendly staff Great new building manager- far more professional Clean and well run

Cons

Very dated lobby compared to other local options. Greedy management company Air conditioning just ok not great Hall carpet cleaning was better . Hopefully will improve

Advice to the owners

Adjust with the times, see value in long term tenants. Listen to your tenants, took too long to remove previous building manager. Owners viewed as greedy and short sighted
