Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
Missing or non-compliant with administrative information orders or filings
Do the units get too hot in the winter? I’m concerned about the old heaters.

You have full control of the heat, you can just turn it off.

Not at all, there is a heat pipe that runs through my bathroom and it gives me heated floors more than anything. There has never been a time I felt like I had to change into summer clothes because the apartment was too hot in the winter

I moved out last year but was paying $2,200, they offered to extend the lease for $2,800 I declined and they listed it for $3,600
