Pros:
To give credit where credit is due, and rarely ever given, the owner of the building is very fair and stepped in when the management company was falling short. The building staff is great as well. All very friendly and very responsive. If looking at this building, check out individual units, cause layouts vary widely. I absolutely love living here, any negatives are far outweighed by the positives for me personally.
Cons:
The elevator is slow and the laundry machines are pretty unimpressive.
Advice to owner:
Nothing but respect for the owner.
