Expensive but Good
Pros
Clean and well maintained, responsive management and good location
Cons
Thin walls and definitely feels like a college dorm. Good for young adults but may not be the best fit for anyone in their mid twenties or older.

Found Study Review
Pros
Get to live in the heart of Manhattan, just a few blocks away from time square, and there’s so many places to try out around you.
Cons
Management sucks. There’s mold all over the rooms, and they refuse to fix this issue, the elevators take forever to get to your floor and they always shut down, the people and just general area is very noisy, and just overall it’s a good 3/5 stars. I’ve even gotten sick multiple times because of the mold on the showers, walls, etc.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants.
