    Great doorman building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The doorman have been here for over 20 years and are the sweetest most helpful people.
    Good laundry room (never too busy)
    Hallways have recently been renovated
    Cons:
    The heat is centralized and is sometimes too hot.
