Access to multiple subway lines, including the N, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 trains, makes commuting throughout the city incredibly convenient.
The apartments are spacious for Midtown standards, and some units have large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The building offers 24-hour doorman service, adding a sense of security and convenience for residents.
It’s a vibrant area with numerous dining options, from upscale restaurants to cozy cafes, all within walking distance.
