Pros:
Close to GC, updated appliances, pool, gym, laundry on each floor
Cons:
Location, price, renewal management
Advice to owner:
Wait until our lease month or a few week before renewal to make us a resign offer

Overall nice building

Pros:
Huge apartments, great doormen, responsive maintenance staff, nice views from roof deck, and quality bathrooms. Also allows for converting 1 to 2 and 2 to 3/4
Cons:
Interior noise is fine but very close to fire station so some units have very loud noise at odd times of day, gym exists but similar to a hotel gym, and skews towards a very young crowd.
