    This building has a great staff

    Pros:
    I like everyone on the staff at this building. Almost all are long term employees and the buillding is well run.
    Cons:
    Midtown is convenient but not a quiet neighborhood.

    Amazing views, on the expansive side

    Amazing views on the chrysler frim the south side
    Cons:
    Too expansive
    No gym
    No bbq on the rooftop
