    Life-Threatening, Disgusting, Inhumane Living Conditions

    Pros:
    Disgusting place - DO NOT RECOMMEND
    Cons:
    - Manipulating, condescending, cheap landlord.
    - Turns off heat and water randomly at her convenience.
    - Building has broken toilets, sinks, no oven - does not want to pay to repair
    - Rats scurrying in kitchen, stairs, rooms, closets (does not want to help situation) after numerous complaints
    - Brings random strangers to live in the units at random occasions without warning
    - Tells tenants they cannot have friends/family over
    - Tries to go into tenants units without notice at her convenience
    - Has a spy camera to spy on tenants
    - Likes to manipulate tenants saying that the “neighbors” agree with her
    - Trash overload on front steps always
    Advice to owner:
    Learn how to be a decent human being
