    Great Building. Would live here again!

    Pros:
    The building just redid the lobby and elevators so they are new and modern.
    The doormen are all extremely nice and helpful!
    Building is located in a great area and street.
    I really enjoyed living at Turtle Bay House.
    Cons:
    Nothing to complain about that you won’t know going in. There are no amenities like a gym or roof deck so it is a no frills building.
