    -good amount of space
    -dishwasher and washer/dryer
    -location
    Cons:
    -management completely ghosted us when we had a sudden mouse infestation after living there for 9 months

    Horrible neighbors, something sketchy going on in one of the apartments, and mice! We had to seal everything ourselves
