    Convenient location, park next door
    Cons:
    Heating is sometimes bad in the winter

    Pros:
    Most units are outright owned, so you typically deal with the actual owner as a landlord (if you rent). Building staff is superb and friendly.
    Cons:
    It’s midtown, but if you can get over that, it’s a great building.
