The unit owner was difficult to deal with. It is a co-op so every unit has a different owner. I was in 6D.
Once the gas supply to the building broke during my stay. It was out for ~6 months. The owner offered me a total of $200 as rent rebate. It got pretty acrimonious but I did not have the will power to go to a court.
