    Pros:
    Convenient location, door buzzer entry system, small elevator, super kind live-in super
    Cons:
    No laundry, no a/c, very little natural light, creaky floors

    Pleasant place to live, not the fanciest

    Large apartments for the rent, good heating, very responsive management company, overall well maintained
    Cons:
    Could use some freshening up. Water quality is a bit wonky -- very hard.
