    Always smells like subway bread
    Nice unit and building
    Cons:
    Took six months to get security deposit back
    Broken mailbox

    Quite, private, not a lot of neighbors
    Cons:
    Needs to be refurbished,no mail room , very bad paint job at the stairs.
    Advice to owner:
    You have a wonderful building, you can make so much more just by redecorating the hall and mail availability
