    Old but well maintained building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Live in super is very friendly and responsive.
    Haven't seen any pests.
    Heating's great during winter.
    Cons:
    The floors are very creaky and you can sometimes hear your neighbors from the ventilation (but our neighbors have been great).
    Hot water takes a long time to heat up.

    The super is great - elevator building with laundry.
    Cons:
    There was a slight pest control issue with roaches. The exterminator came promptly.
