    Pros:
    - Nice, quiet, and clean street
    - Responsive super
    - Clean lobby, laundry, and other common spaces
    Cons:
    - Part-time doorman hours

    Very well kept building

    - Very nice doormen
    - Extremely responsive and helpful super & handyman
    - Package room
    - Safety
    - Great building staff
    Cons:
    - The washing machines are always in use, or 1 of the 5 is frequently OOO
    - Not my favorite working with Stellar Management
