Well located for walking to offices in Midtown East. The street is very quiet and there are plenty of very good restaurants nearby. The apartments are also pretty large
Cons:
The owner/manager is shockingly inept and struggles with even the most basic ask. Garbage uncollected outside, took weeks for pest control to come, apartments were dirty during move in (trash cans from previous tenant weren’t even emptied), the list goes on. Before you sign, you I have to read the Google reviews of the landlord’s medical practice, as she is a practicing doctor; these will give you a sense of her character and competence. Also, the apartment finishes are terrible.
Advice to owner:
Giving advice is a waste of time because the owner has zero interest in being a sensible apartment manager.
