    Great sunlight
    Laundry in basement
    Doorman grabs packages for you
    Cons:
    Broker fee is not worth this place
    Not many laundry machines for whole building

    Building is decent but management sucks

    Big rooms, pre war style, quiet street, close to subway
    Cons:
    Only one elevator, management won’t answer your calls, had rats that we had to argue with management to get them to do anything about
