    Fine for the price
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Cheap & quiet for being next to the bridge. Everyone in the building was friendly when I lived there.
    Cons:
    Slow response to maintenance requests, pest control needs to be improved in the common areas and hallway can smell like garbage, especially in the summer.
