    The best building!

    Pros:
    The location is great, and the staff is wonderful. The units are super spacious and some have in-unit W/D
    Cons:
    Management isn’t great and are not accommodating with renewals

    The best place to live, with the best doormen, in the perfect location
    Cons:
    Cat lives in laundry room and you have to pay for laundry card
    Advice to owner:
    upgrade laundry
