    Clean and lively doorman!
    Cons:
    Expensive electric bills

    Pros:
    - The doormen are friendly.
    - No issues with noise from surrounding units.
    - It is nice to have two entrances (57th St and 58th St).
    Cons:
    - At one point, several laundry machines went down at once, although they were fixed shortly after.
