    Good building with no frills

    Pros:
    Clean building, nice and responsive super who is always around, amazing neighbors, great street and subway access
    Cons:
    Unlike the super, building management is hard to get in touch with. I live on one of the higher floors and have had a ton of roaches in the last month while the gas has been out.

    The water is brown due to old pipes. There are water bugs. The management is terrible
