The building is relatively well maintained. Only two apartments on each floor means you hardly hear your neighbors.
Cons:
The landlord is a jerk. He’s super argumentative about everything. The heat and hot water are spotty throughout the winter months. They will also scam you on your security deposit even if you leave your apartment in terrific shape. You have to be ready to fight with them about everything.
