    Great landlord and location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Maintenance requests handled quickly. Nice building management company. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors.
    Cons:
    Trash area wasn’t maintained as well or as often as it should be. Basement flooded when it rained.
