Former tenant here. Would avoid this build due to unresponsive management and structural problems in the building. The apartment has had mice problems, roof leaks, water leaks, and safety issues due to property theft arising from unrepaired doors.
Management has been unresponsive many times and has been slow to fix various issues. Location is also super loud and not safe.
