    Bad super, thin walls, lots of pests

    Pros:
    Nice area, large apartment
    Cons:
    Mice, super is not proactive or reactive, dirty hallways, stolen packages, no heat several times, bad water pressure
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better super and reduce rent
